Using WEBDAV with Dropbox

This is a neat trick to access your Dropbox account from any webdav supporting app.

 

All you do is ensure Webdav is installed and enabled on Windows Server, point IIS (if you’re using Windows) to a copy of your Dropbox folder and setup security so you have to login.

 

Now all you do is access the URL from your webdav app, login and you have read/write access to your dropbox files.

 

Ideal for accessing Dropbox from Pages, Numbers or other iWork for iPad apps!
